Johnson and Son Bikeworks was established in 2011 as a small, family-run bicycle shop. Thanks to the support of our local community, we've grown to now offer a diverse inventory of over 250 bicycles. We specialize in sales, repairs, and rentals, primarily serving casual to intermediate riders looking for a comfortable and enjoyable cycling experience.

Used Bikes

We have over 250 used bicycles at the shop for sale.  All of our used bicycles have been tuned up, will likely have some new parts installed and come with a satisfaction guarantee or your money back for as long as you own the bicycle.  If you are looking to purchase a used bike, you will have an opportunity to ride the bikes first as well as having the bike fitted to you.

New Bikes

We are a Jamis bicycles retailer and also have access to  other brands.   We do keep a limited inventory of new Jamis bikes at the shop.  If a customer is interested in a new bike that we do not have in stock, we will order it for them.  We believe it is important for a customer to ride the bike before committing to making a purchase.  For many models of new bicycles, we will go ahead and order a new bike that a customer is interested in without their purchase commitment.  If they do not end up buying the bike, we just add it to our new bike inventory.

Rentals

We have over thirty rental bikes at the shop.  We rent entry level mountain bikes as well as 7 speed comfort cruiser bikes.  We rent kid’s bikes as well as  a trailer for toddlers.  We have one electric bike for rent.

E-Bikes

The shop is a service partner with Rad Power Bicycles.  We assemble, repair, tune up and perform warranty work on a variety of electric bicycles.  For those interested in trying an electric bike for the first time, we offer an orientation experience that includes riding an ebike.
